relation-graph Knowledge Content License
Last updated: April 18, 2026
This document explains the licensing boundaries for protected knowledge content made available through relation-graph. It mainly applies to:
RG Template Vault, meaning the example content available on the site, including both free and paid examples;RG-Dev Skill;RG-Expert KB;- related explanatory documents, structured knowledge entries, case write-ups, and supporting materials;
- the portions of
RG GraphPilotoutputs that include or derive from the protected materials above.
1. Document Role
- This document mainly answers what you may do with the licensed content, what you may not do, and what continues after a plan expires.
- Account rules, ordering, payments, refunds, GraphPilot operating rules, public snapshots, liability limits, and dispute handling are mainly governed by the
Terms of Service. - Personal information, attachments, logs, third-party processors, and cross-border transfers are mainly governed by the
Privacy Policy. - If an order, quotation, enterprise contract, or project-specific license agreement expressly says otherwise, the more specific written agreement controls.
2. Nature of the Rights: License, Not Sale
- For the knowledge content described here, you receive a license to use the content, not a transfer of ownership in the content itself.
- Purchasing, downloading, viewing, accessing, or using the content does not give you redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, public distribution rights, training-dataset publication rights, or any other right that has not been expressly granted.
3. Difference Between the Open-Source Component and Site Knowledge Content
- The open-source
relation-graphcomponent itself remains usable in commercial projects under its open-source license. - The site examples, knowledge content, member content, licensed materials, and the knowledge base behind GraphPilot are a separate rights layer from the open-source component itself.
- Because of that difference, the fact that the component is open source does not mean the examples, knowledge content, or AI-readable materials on the site may be freely copied, trained on for redistribution, resold, or publicly distributed.
4. Licensing Boundaries for Public Free Content
For free content that is publicly available on the site, you may:
- use it in commercial projects, internal systems, client projects, production products, and delivery projects;
- store, modify, and integrate it inside your own development environment, project repositories, or internal collaboration systems;
- deliver modified results as part of a specific project to a single client.
However, even for free content, you may not:
- separately package, mirror, repost, sell, gift, or redistribute it;
- turn it into a new template library, resource site, teaching-material pack, downloadable bundle, knowledge base, skill package, or general-purpose material pack;
- rewrite, expand, reorganize, summarize, or transform it with AI and then license, sell, distribute, or share it outward as knowledge content;
- turn it into a public training dataset, public RAG knowledge base, third-party AI training material, or competing knowledge product.
5. Licensing Boundaries for Paid Content
For paid content on the site, including RG Template Vault, RG-Dev Skill, and RG-Expert KB, once you have purchased it and remain in compliance with the applicable terms, you may:
- use it long term in your own commercial projects, internal systems, client projects, production products, and delivery work;
- use it for internal development, internal collaboration, project integration, prototyping, and production delivery;
- modify, adapt, combine, and re-implement it as needed for your specific project goals;
- deliver it, or modified results based on it, as part of a specific software project for one client.
However, for those paid materials, you still may not:
- distribute, sell, gift, share, or sublicense them separately, whether as-is or modified;
- turn them into a new template platform, code resource site, knowledge base, skill pack, training dataset, SaaS offering, or commercial substitute product;
- continuously provide them outward as reusable knowledge products for unspecified third parties;
- rewrite, summarize, reorganize, transform, or expand them with AI and then provide them outward as knowledge content;
- use the protected content to conduct business activities that compete with relation-graph.
6. Continuing Use of Already Downloaded or Already Authorized Content
- For content that you have already downloaded, that has already been delivered to you, or that you were expressly authorized to use through an order, the project-use license generally continues and may keep being used in your projects.
- This means that even after a plan expires, you may generally continue using those already authorized materials in existing projects.
- However, this does not automatically mean that we promise permanent access to:
- ongoing online access;
- online redownload convenience;
- later version updates;
- newly released content;
- online knowledge-base access;
- online
RG GraphPilotcapabilities.
- Continued online access, new content, later updates, online knowledge-base visibility, online GraphPilot availability, and other continuing fulfillment matters still depend on whether you have an active plan, active order, or other project-specific authorization at that time.
7. RG GraphPilot Outputs
- Code, graph applications, adapted example results, written content, structural suggestions, and other outputs generated for you by
RG GraphPilotmay be used in your internal projects, commercial projects, and client projects. - You may continue to modify, extend, integrate, and iterate on those outputs over time.
- However, if those outputs include, depend on, or clearly derive from protected relation-graph examples, knowledge content, templates, or knowledge structures, then you receive only the usage rights described in this license for those protected parts, not a separate public redistribution right.
- You may not reverse-package GraphPilot outputs into a new public knowledge base, template library, training dataset, AI material pack, or competing commercial knowledge product.
8. Internal Enterprise Use and Expanded Authorizations
- If an order or contract expressly includes internal enterprise knowledge-enhancement rights, RAG usage, agent workflows, private GraphPilot deployment, local usage, OEM rights, API rights, training rights, multi-entity usage, or other expanded authorization, that written agreement controls.
- Without separate written expanded authorization, an ordinary purchase does not automatically include:
- outward sublicensing;
- sharing across multiple legal entities;
- outward API distribution;
- continuously providing the content to third parties as a general-purpose knowledge or training product;
- public hosting, mirroring, or bulk redistribution of protected content.
9. Rights Notices Must Be Preserved
If example code, knowledge content, or delivered materials include required rights notices, source notices, or copyright notices, you may not intentionally remove, falsify, or misleadingly replace them.
10. Infringement, Abuse, and Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that you are engaging in unauthorized distribution, competitive repackaging, bulk scraping, training-dataset extraction, account sharing, knowledge-content abuse, or other conduct outside the licensed scope, we may:
- restrict access;
- suspend downloads or knowledge-content access;
- revoke part of the related permissions;
- terminate the related services;
- reserve the right to pursue further claims and remedies.
