How credit consumption works

This section explains how RG GraphPilot online credits are consumed and how plan-level quotas are structured.

  • Only useRG GraphPilot online usage

    Credits are currently used only for RG GraphPilot online usage, not for unlocking or downloading example source code.

  • Billing rule1 credit / call

    Each online call to RG GraphPilot standard capability consumes 1 credit.

  • Pro plan quota60 credits

    Equivalent to about 60 RG GraphPilot standard online calls.

  • Team plan quota600 credits

    Equivalent to about 600 RG GraphPilot standard online calls.

  • Enterprise plan quota1,000 credits

    Equivalent to about 1,000 RG GraphPilot standard online calls and paired with private deployment authorization.

  • Credit validity12 months

    Credits cannot be transferred across accounts, and no separate extra credit packs are currently offered.

  • Example source accessNo credit consumption

    Viewing, downloading, and packaged delivery of example source code are governed by plan benefits or order authorization.

Example source access, downloads, and packaged delivery are governed by plan benefits or order authorization and no longer consume credits. If your call volume exceeds the included quota, upgrading the plan is the better path.

Common questions before purchase

This version of the pricing page focuses on plan differences, RG GraphPilot credit rules, and support boundaries instead of broader product explanations.

Can credits be cashed out or purchased separately?

No. Extra credit packs are not sold separately at the moment. If your demand grows, the recommended path is to upgrade to a higher plan.

Can credits be used to unlock or download example source code?

No. Example source access, downloads, and packaged delivery are governed by plan benefits or order authorization. Credits are used only for RG GraphPilot online usage.

If I already have access to an example source, do repeated downloads require paying again?

Usually no. If the example has already been granted to you through plan benefits or an order, repeated downloads and updated-version downloads should not require an extra charge in principle.

What happens to the remaining value if I upgrade to Team or Enterprise?

The current rule is to prorate by the remaining subscription period, so the remaining value can be offset when upgrading to a higher plan.

Does RG-Expert KB have to be bought together with Enterprise?

No. Non-Enterprise users can also purchase the RG-Expert KB commercial-use license separately at $999 / year.

Why is Enterprise not just Team with more credits?

Because Enterprise is not only about a higher quota. It includes all example source code, 1,000 credits for RG GraphPilot online usage, authorization for private deployment of RG GraphPilot, human support hours, and the RG-Expert KB commercial-use license by default.
