No. Extra credit packs are not sold separately at the moment. If your demand grows, the recommended path is to upgrade to a higher plan.

Can credits be used to unlock or download example source code?

No. Example source access, downloads, and packaged delivery are governed by plan benefits or order authorization. Credits are used only for RG GraphPilot online usage.

If I already have access to an example source, do repeated downloads require paying again?

Usually no. If the example has already been granted to you through plan benefits or an order, repeated downloads and updated-version downloads should not require an extra charge in principle.

What happens to the remaining value if I upgrade to Team or Enterprise?

The current rule is to prorate by the remaining subscription period, so the remaining value can be offset when upgrading to a higher plan.

Does RG-Expert KB have to be bought together with Enterprise?

No. Non-Enterprise users can also purchase the RG-Expert KB commercial-use license separately at USD 999 / year.

Why is Enterprise not just Team with more credits?

Because Enterprise is not only about a higher quota. It includes all example source code, 1,000 credits for RG GraphPilot online usage, authorization for private deployment of RG GraphPilot, human support hours, and the RG-Expert KB commercial-use license by default.
